SYRACUSE -- If you've ever wondered what it's like to live or work in downtown Syracuse, now is your chance.
The 5th annual Downtown Living Tour will be held tomorrow, Saturday, May 21st from noon to 6 p.m.
This year, the tour will feature both residential living spaces and work spaces. The hope is to give people the sense, not only of what it's like to live downtown, but also to work there.
Last year's tour drew more than 1,800 downtown.
This year, you will have a chance to see 12 adaptive reuse and new construction projects featuring market-rate and luxury apartments, live/work spaces, "green" condos and state-of-the-art workspaces for a variety of industries.

You will also have access to special offers from downtown restaurants, shops and cultural institutions on the day of the tour.
This is a walking tour, but two free shuttles will run a special tour route for those who need it.
You can still buy tickets the day of the event and they'll cost you $12. All tickets can be picked up in the lobby of Dey's Plaza the day of the tour between 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.
On-street parking will be free in the Central Business District the day of the event. Additional event parking will be available in the Galleries garage.
