HOLLAND PATENT, ONEIDA CO. -- Investigators are looking into a rash of car break-ins in the Village of Holland Patent.

They happened overnight between Wednesday and Thursday. State police and Oneida County Sheriff's deputies say 25 cars were broken into and numerous items were taken, including money, I-Pods, GPS units, wallets and laptops.

Anyone with information about the break-ins is asked to call State Police at (315) 831-4112 or Oneida County Sheriff's deputies at (315) 896-8500. All calls will be kept confidential.
