PARISH, OSWEGO CO. -- Update:

A Jefferson County man is recovering from a motorcycle crash on Interstate 81 this morning.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 52-year-old William Crawford, of Adams Center, was driving a motorcycle on I-81 south in Parish around 7:15 a.m. when he lost control and swerved to avoid debris in the road. His bike went off the road into gravel.

Crawford was airlifted to Upstate University Hospital in Syracuse with, what appear to be, non-life threatening injuries.
