Students dismissed early for sewer problem

SYRACUSE -- Bellevue Middle School Academy in Syracuse is dismissing early due to a sewer problem. There is currently no running water in the building.

Students who walk will be dismissed at 1:15pm, and those who ride the bus will be dismissed at 1:30pm.
