CAMDEN -- An Oneida County man is facing charges after police say he choked and sexually abused a victim during a domestic dispute.
According to the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office, on Wednesday deputies arrested 28-year-old Ryan H. Kikta of Waldron Road in Camden and charged him with felony strangulation, felony sexual abuse, misdemeanor unlawful imprisonment, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. Police say the charges stem from an investigation into an alleged domestic dispute at Kikta’s home. Police did not specify the age or gender of the alleged victim.
Kikta was arraigned in Town of Camden Court and is in jail on $30,000 bail. He is scheduled to return to court at a later date.
