OSWEGO -- A heads up for neighbors in northern Oswego County.  If you see low flying helicopters over the next few days its part of a maintenance project on a National Grid transmission line.

Oswego police say starting today, helicopters, contractor line crews, and associated heavy equipment will be performing work in the line that begins at the substation on Liberty Street in Oswego, and heads east to Altmar.

Police say there could be minimal traffic delays as a result of the power line work.
