UTICA -- A Utica man is accused of inappropriately touching a mentally disabled woman on a public bus.

61-year-old Robert Lewus, of Coolidge Road, is charged with sexual abuse. Police say the incident happened around 4 p.m. on May 4th.

Police say the bus company provided them with video and officers were able to identify the suspect.
