ONTARIO, WAYNE CO. -- State police are investigating a bank robbery in Wayne County.

49-year-old William Douglas Yorton, of Shortsville, and 23-year-old Sara Mein, of Williamson, are accused of robbing the Lyons National Bank on Furnace Road in the Town of Ontario.

Police were given a vehicle description and later arrested Yorton and Mein and charged them with robbery. Police say the suspect and vehicle in this case match the description of those spotted at a bank robbery in the Town of Irondequoit earlier this week. Yorton is charged with robbery in that case as well.
