State Police are investigating a fatal accident in the Town of Columbus in Chenango County.
Police say 55 year-old Lourraine Faucett of Groton was driving a truck south-bound on Kelley Rd. around 6:45 P.M. Saturday night when she collided head on with a motorcycle.
The motorcycle was being operated by 31 year-old Jayson Killian of Scipio Center. Police say Killian suffered severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
