GRANBY -- An Oswego woman is facing her third DWI charge of 2011.
State Police say 50-year-old Kathy Joseph got pulled over Sunday night on Hannibal Street in Granby for not wearing a seat belt. The trooper interviewing her realized she was drunk. Joseph gave the trooper a fake name, but a records check revealed she has already been arrested twice this year for DWI.
Joseph was arrested on February 25th on County Route 8 in Granby, and on March 26th after an accident on State Route 3 in Granby.
This time around, Joseph is charged with criminal impersonation, DWI, and operating without a seat belt.
