UTICA -- A Herkimer County woman was arrested Wednesday after police say she forced herself on a stranger and flashed police who tried to arrest her.

According to Utica Police, on Wednesday afternoon an officer was dispatched to the Lincoln Playground on Lincoln Avenue for a report of an argument. When the officer arrived he spoke to the 19-year-old who made the complaint, who said a woman walked up to him, put her arms around him, and grabbed his buttocks in a sexual manner. The teen said he had never met the woman, identified as 44-year-old Diane Yamano of Ilion, and wanted her arrested. The teen then pointed out Yamano, who was still at the playground.

When the officer approached Yamano, she allegedly stood up and removed her shirt. She then pulled up her bra and exposed her breasts to the male officer. When the officer tried to arrest her, he says that she resisted.

Yamano is charged with forcible touching, exposure, and resisting arrest.
