Downtown Syracuse streets to close ahead of Polish Festival

SYRACUSE -- A heads-up for drivers heading through downtown Syracuse over the next few days.

The Polish Festival will be held in Clinton Square Friday through Sunday.

Crews will be closing several streets in the area ahead of the festivities.

Beginning at 6 a.m. Friday, the following streets will be closed to traffic:

- West Water Street, between Salina and Clinton Streets

- Erie Boulevard West, between Clinton and Franklin Streets

- Clinton Street, between Genesee and Washington Streets

The streets will remain closed through early Monday morning.
