The crash scene late Wednesday morning

GEDDES -- Updated at 3:10pm:
Geddes Police say one person was killed when a car and cement truck collided this morning.
The crash happened at about 11:30 on State Fair Boulevard near the Fairgrounds. Police say 26-year-old Stephanie Tolone, of Lakeland, crossed into the opposite lane and hit a cement truck head on. Investigators are still looking into why Tolone crossed the center line.
The driver of the cement truck was not injured.

Emergency crews are on the scene of a serious crash on State Fair Boulevard in Geddes, just outside of the New York State Fairgrounds.
Onondaga County 911 dispatchers tell CNY Central that a car and a cement truck collided head-on just before 11:30 a.m.
