ONEIDA CO. -- A Clayville man is accused of providing alcohol to underage girls and having sexual contact with them.

State police arrested 44-year-old Shane Seeman, of 2288 Dewing Avenue. They say he gave underage teens alcohol and subjected some of them to sexual contact in two different towns.

He's charged with criminal sex act, unlawfully dealing with a child, endangering the welfare of a child and sexual abuse for alleged incidents that happened in the Town of Paris.

He's also charged with sexual abuse, endangering the welfare of a child and unlawfully dealing with a child for an alleged incident that happened in the Town of Steuben.

Seeman was arraigned in the Town of Paris Court and sent to the Oneida County Jail.
