POTSDAM -- A Potsdam woman is accused of hosting an underage drinking party.
State police say 39-year-old Lisa Baker held the party at her then Ellis Road home from the evening of May 7th to the early morning hours of May 8th.
Baker is charged with unlawfully dealing with a child, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal nuisance, all misdemeanors.
State police say she provided alcoholic beverages to teens, ranging in age from 14 to 19-years-old. Police say Baker also allowed a 14-year-old girl to have inappropriate sexual contact with another woman at her home. That woman, Elissa Finnegan, 19, of Malone, is charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Baker was arraigned in the Town of Canton Court and released under the supervision of probation. She is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Potsdam Court on June 23rd.
