CARTHAGE -- A Carthage family is accused of having an indoor marijuana operation at their home.

State police arrested 54-year-old Robert Hubbard Sr., 42-year-old Amy Hubbard and 23-year-old Robert Hubbard Jr.

While investigating a complaint from a tenant, police say they smelled a strong odor of cannabis coming from the home at 52 Bridge Street. Police searched the home and say they found an indoor marijuana growing operation along with dangerous weapons. Police say two children younger than 2-years-old were also in the home.

Hubbard Sr. is charged with endangering the welfare of a child, criminal possession of a weapon and unlawfully growing cannabis.

Hubbard Jr. and Amy Hubbard are charged with endangering the welfare of a child.

They were all issued appearance tickets and are due back in the Village of West Carthage Court on June 21st.
