WILLIAMSTOWN, OSWEGO CO. -- A Utica man is facing felony assault charges for allegedly hitting a man in the head with a beer bottle several times.

27-year-old Michael Plumley, of 1310 Noyes St. West Apt. 2, was arrested around 1:18 a.m. this morning.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say it happened in the Town of Williamstown. The victim suffered lacerations to the back of the head.

Plumley was arraigned in Williamstown Town Court and sent to the Oswego County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail. He's due back in court on July 26th.
