AUBURN, CAYUGA CO. -- The man found dead near the Owasco River in Auburn has been identified.
48-year-old Stephen Harry Shields was found under the eastbound Arterial bridge of Routes 5 and 20 on June 14th.
The cause and manner of death have not yet been determined and are pending further examination by the Onondaga County Medical Examiner's Office.
