SYRACUSE -- Late Wednesday night, emergency crews were called to 511 Wolf Street in Syracuse to put out a fire. Fire officials say it started in a garage, where someone was apparently working on a car and draining fuel. Crews were able to get the fire under control in about ten minutes.
The siding of a neighboring house was melted by the heat of the fire.
A family of three adults is now being helped by the Red Cross. Fire officials on the scene tell us no one was hurt.
The exact cause of the fire is under investigation.
