Back-ups on 690 west at 81 north ramp due to crash

SYRACUSE -- A crash on Interstate 690 backed up traffic for hours Friday morning.
I-690 westbound was closed at the Interstate 81 northbound ramp due to an accident involving a dump truck and a tractor-trailer. Police say the tractor-trailer hit the dump truck while trying to get onto I-690.
The crash took place around 7:30 a.m. and lasted for about two hours.
