A Geneva man is accused of sexually abusing a 4-year-old child.
State police say 25-year-old Jonathan Hilfiger, of 207A Lyons Road, had sexual contact with the child in the Town of Waterloo in 2009.
Hilfiger is charged with sex abuse, a felony, and endangering the welfare of a child.
He was sent to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of bail pending further court action.
