Flag bearers as Cpl. Kyle Schneider's funeral begins in Clay

Hundreds gathered at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Clay, for a final farewell to Corporal Kyle Schneider, the Marine killed in action in Afghanistan last week. Dozens of men, bearing American flags, lined the way to the church as services got underway.
The funeral is the last of the local observances, but there have been many others for the 23 year old Phoenix native, including calling hours on Friday at Baker High School in Baldwinsville, where he graduated. Burial is planned at Arlington National Cemetery.
