Suspect also charged with home break-in
A Syracuse man is charged with a Saturday night rape, and break-in at the victim's home on Syracuse's north side.
Police say the 42 year old woman called 911 after being attacked by a man with a knife, and a man near the home matched her description. 31 year old David Carroll, from 120 McLennan Avenue, is charged with breaking in through a first floor window of the victim's home, and the rape. He's in court on the charges, on Sunday morning.
