SYRACUSE -- Syracuse police are investigating an armed robbery.
It happened around 7:25 p.m. Sunday along the 1600 block of South Geddes Street.
Police say a 19-year-old man told them he was walking along the street when he was approached by two light skinned black men who appeared to be in their late teens. Police say the teens had a knife and demanded money.
During a struggle, the 19-year-old man was cut with a knife and the suspects took off with about $40.
The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries and was driven to St. Joseph's Hospital with a head laceration.
