ALBANY (AP) -- New York state Comptroller Thomas DiNapoli is scheduled to release his latest report on industrial development agencies that trade tax breaks for job growth.
The Democrat's previous annual reports have focused on whether the companies that receive tax breaks through the agencies are fulfilling their promises of creating jobs.
DiNapoli is releasing the report Tuesday morning in Syracuse.
Industrial development agencies operate in most counties and municipalities statewide to retain and attract employers.
