CLAY -- A Town of Clay man accused of driving drunk, crashing and killing a Liverpool woman was indicted by an Onondaga County Grand Jury.
Investigators say 22-year-old Mark Richter went to a party on John Street in Syracuse, then lost control on his way home, slamming into a tree.
23-year-old Debra Brown was killed in the crash. Richter and Brown's son was in the car at the time and suffered minor injuries. Two other passengers, 21-year-old Ryan Kyanka, of Syracuse, and 16-year-old Miranda Pellizzeri, of Fayetteville, both suffered minor injuries as well.
He's charged with of vehicular manslaughter, aggravated driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with .08 or more alcohol, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, driving with ability impaired by combined influence of drugs or of alcohol and any drug or drugs and endangering the welfare of a child.
