FRANKLIN CO. -- A Franklin County man is accused of raping a child.
State police arrested 38-year-old Craig Jesmer, of Moira, on charges of rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Police say he raped a girl under the age of 17.
He was arraigned in the town of Moira Court and sent to the Franklin County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail.
