HOMER -- Cortland County Sheriff's Deputies are investigating a two-car crash. A vehicle stopped on the side of the road was hit by another car just before 9:00 Monday night along Route 11 in the Town of Homer.

Deputies say the driver of the second vehicle fled. Authorities say they are still searching for the driver.
