MARCY -- The Oneida County Sheriff's Department is asking for your help in identifying the man in the black t-shirt seen in this surveillance photo.
Investigators want to talk to him about a larceny reported June 29th at the Dunkin Donuts at River Road and Flanagan Road in the Town of Marcy.
