PHILADELPHIA, JEFFERSON CO. -- A Watertown man is accused of engaging in sexual activity with a teenager he met on Craigslist.

State Police say 40-year-old Mark Barker, of 18677 Allen Road, engaged in oral sex with a 15-year-old he met in response to an ad he placed on the website.

Police say the incident happened July 11th in the Town of Philadelphia.

Barker is charged with one count of criminal sex act in the third degree. He was arraigned in the Town of Pamelia Court and posted $1,000 bail.

In September of 2010, Craigslist shut down its adult section after years of criticism.
