SYRACUSE -- A Syracuse man was sentenced to state prison Wednesday for groping two city school teachers in an elementary school.
Onondaga County Court Judge Anthony Aloi sentenced Garth Hill to twelve years to life in prison following a guilty plea to charges of third degree burglary and first degree sexual abuse. Do you think this is a fair sentence for his admitted crimes?
Syracuse Police say Hill walked into the McKinley-Brighton school last October and fondled a teacher in front of a class filled with students. Police say he then walked down the hallway and groped another teacher before he was confronted by a school administrator and ran off.
A wallet belonging to Hill fell out of his pocket at the school and helped lead to his arrest.
