SYRACUSE -- You'll need to plan for travel delays tomorrow if you work near the Syracuse University Hill.

Crews will begin paving Harrison Street, between Almond Street and Irving Avenue, on Wednesday. You can expect sections of Harrison Street to be closed block by block while crews can get the work done.

Check for posted detour signs, rerouting drivers to East Genesee Street. Be prepared for delays as they are many people who work at S.U. along with Crouse and Upstate University Hospitals who use the street.

The headache will last for several days. Paving is expected to take about 8 days, weather permitting.
