SYRACUSE -- A sex offender accused of luring a nine year old girl to his home on Edgewood Avenue in Syracuse, near Corcoran High School, has been indicted.
A grand jury handed up an indictment against 54-year-old Thomas Baker. He's facing several charges, including kidnapping, attempted predatory sexual assault against a child, and attempted rape.
Baker is a family acquaintance of the girl.
She was reported missing after she disappeared from her bedroom in June. She was found a few hours later in Baker's bedroom.
Baker was convicted of sexual assault in 1991.
