CICERO -- Nearly two dozen Chow Chow dogs are arriving in Central New York this morning after escaping a puppy mill in Georgia.
Twenty puppies and three adult dogs are headed to Pampered Paws Grooming in Cicero.
Chow-Chow Rescue of Central New York rescued some of the 131 dogs found in the Georgia puppy mill.
Two of the Chow Chows came to visit us last week on Weekend Today in Central New York.
We're told some of the puppies are just 4-weeks-old and won't be up for adoption just yet. They're apparently loyal and dedicated to their owners and make good companions. They also require little exercise or work other than grooming.
