Two 10th Mountain Division soldiers have been killed overseas.
Pfc. Cody Baker, 19, of Kansas, Pfc. Gil Morales Del Valle, 21, of Florida, both died Wednesday in Afghanistan. Their unit was attacked with an improvised explosive device.
Baker joined the Army last June. He is survived by his mother and stepfather.
Morales Del Valle had been in the Army for about a year and a half. He is survived by his father, mother, and stepfather.
Both soldiers were part of the 10th Mountain Division stationed at Fort Polk, Louisiana.
