UTICA -- A Utica sex offender accused of pouring boiling water on another man last week is facing more charges today.

26-year-old Ronald Fuentes, of Dudley Avenue, is now accused of not reporting that he had an internet email account, in violation of his condition at a prior sentencing as a level 3 sex offender.

Last week, Fuentes was charged with assault after allegedly getting into a fight with a man and then pouring two pots of boiling water on him.

Utica police are investigating that incident.
