CONSTANTIA, OSWEGO COUNTY --
A third man is facing charges in connection with a home invasion in Constantia, Oswego County.
Kalvin Roe, 30, of Bernhards Bay is facing first-degree robbery, burglary, and criminal trespass charges. Jonathan Onn, 22, of Canastota, and David Martinez, 25, of Rochester are facing the same charges.
Roe had been charged earlier in the week by Sheriff’s deputies on an arrest warrant in an unrelated incident.
Oswego County Sheriff's Deputies say the men entered an apartment on County Route 23 on Tuesday and robbed three people inside. They later fled into the woods when a fourth person showed up at the Waterwheel Apartments.
Onn and Martinez were found in Canastota where they were taken into custody. Roe was found with them, according to deputies.
Roe was arraigned in the Oswego County Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $20,000.00 cash bail or $40,000.00 bond.
Onn and Martinez were arraigned in the Scriba Town Court. Onn was remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000.00 cash bail or $20,000.00 bond. Martinez was remanded in lieu of $20,000.00 cash bail or $40,000.00 bond.
Deputies are still investigating the relationship between Onn, Martinez, Roe, and the apartment tenants. They have since recovered what they believe was taken during the robbery.
