CONSTANTIA, OSWEGO CO. -- A Bernhards Bay man is accused of raping a young girl.
29-year-old Adam Coffey, of 1133 CR 17, is charged with sexual abuse, criminal sex act, rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say he subjected a girl under the age of 15 to sexual contact, engaging in sexual intercourse with the girl three separate times and engaging in oral sexual conduct with her on three occasions.
Deputies say it happened in the Town of Constantia back in February.
Coffey was sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bail bond. He's scheduled to be back in court on September 19th.
