SCRIBA, OSWEGO CO. -- An Oswego mother is accused of leaving her 8 children home alone while she went to the store.

Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 29-year-old Rebecca Lance, of 205 Middle Rd., Apt. Lot 12, left her children unattended at a home in Scriba to go to the store. The children range in age from 22-month to 11-years-old.

Lane charged with eight counts of endangering the welfare of a child, a misdemeanor.

She was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Scriba Town Court on August 25th.
