SARANAC LAKE, NY (AP) -- A father whose son disappeared in the Adirondack High Peaks last winter is mourning the loss of another son who was found hanging in the woods.

Ladamir W. Pattison, 32, of Saranac Lake, was found dead Saturday, several days after he told people he was going camping. The coroner ruled the death a suicide. Pattison is the half-brother of 22-year-old Wesley Wamsganz, who disappeared last November.

Alan Wamsganz, father of both men, told the Adirondack Daily Enterprise on Monday that he never spent enough time with Pattison, who he called a good son.

Police say Pattison recently said he may try to look for his half-brother.

Wamsganz was last seen on Nov. 20, hiking into the High Peaks after working a shift at a Lake Placid diner.
