FULTON, OSWEGO CO. -- A Fulton man is accused of raping a child.

25-year-old Jonathan Holmquist, of 2971 CR 4, engaged in sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 15 at his home during June through August of this year.

Holmquist is charged with rape, criminal sex act and endangering the welfare of a child.

He was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 bond.

He's scheduled to be back in court on August 29th.
