A Chittenango man has been arrested for endangering the welfare of a child.
State Police in Oneida say 52 year-old James Roman acted aggressively toward a 15 year-old in the Town of Sullivan.
Police say Roman shouted profanities and physically contacted the teen.
Roman was issued an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Sullivan Court on September 6th.
