Oneida County Emergency Response officials have issued evacuation notices for various neighborhoods and streets due to flooding.

Residents on Brookline and Sunnyside Drives in New Hartford, as well as Brookside Mobile Manor and Bleachery Place in Chadwicks, are all under a mandatory evacuation notice. Emergency crews say the Sauquoit Creek is cresting, causing extreme flooding.  Officials say there is a shelter set up at the Utica Parkway Senior Center for residents of Brookline Dr. and nearby streets.

Utica Police say Genesee St. in New Hartford is also closed, and advise no unnecessary travel.

CNY Central's Jessica Cain is in the area now, and will have complete coverage tonight at 10 and 11.
