WATERTOWN -- A Watertown man is accused of illegally receiving unemployment benefits.

State Police say 40-year-old Ronald Willard, of 1366 Sherman Street, illegally collected $4,556.25 in state unemployment benefits.

Police say it happened while he was working at Pine Camp Contracting Inc. in Watertown from January through April of this year.

Willard is charged with grand larceny, insurance fraud, falsifying business records and offering a false instrument for filing.

He was arraigned in the Town of Pamelia Court and released on his own recognizance pending grand jury action.
