NYS FAIRGROUNDS -- The final Blue Ribbon Award of the New York State Fair this year goes to the petting zoo.
At Eudora Farms, behind the Horticulture Building, people can get an up-close and personal experience with exotic and interesting animals. This petting zoo has more than your typical goats and sheep. For example, you'll find Bubba the camel right inside the door. There's also a watusi cow, and a bear cat.
Mark Nisbet from Eudora Farms says he used to show dogs, but then started adding more animals to his South Carolina farm. Eventually he decided to take the show on the road, bringing the petting zoo to events like the New York State Fair.
