'Other' breeds have their Fair show now
Not all the cows at the Fair are black and white--just ask Dairy Princess Chelsea Jones, who showed her Holstein (which is actually red and white) in the first division of the dairy show, and is now there with her Brown Swiss, named Poppy.
Chelsea, who's from Cortland County, was on our Weekend Today in CNY show with Matt Stevens on Saturday morning. She's from Cortland County, but is actually an alternate statewide Dairy Princess, meaning she's an ambassador for all things dairy, statewide, for the year.
You can see the 'non black and white' cows at the Dairy Barn and watch them being milked right through Labor Day.
