CAMDEN -- A mother and daughter were arrested the same night in Camden and charged with driving drunk.

State Police say 24-year-old Jordan Moteyunas, of Cemetery Road in Westdale, was driving drunk on State Route 13 in Camden on Saturday. Police say she had a blood alcohol content of .10 percent.

Troopers say Moteyunas told them she was the designated driver for her parents and she had just dropped them off at home because they were too drunk to drive themselves.

While police were at the scene, they say a second vehicle pulled up, almost striking the patrol car. Police say 44-year-old Jodi Miller, of Moran Post Road in Camden, said she was looking for her daughter. They say she was driving with a blood alcohol content of .14 percent.

Both women were issued tickets and released pending an appearance in the Town of Camden Court.
