LOWVILLE, LEWIS CO. -- A missing Lewis County teenager is back home safe with her family.
State Police were looking for 17-year-old Angela Shinall, of Lowville. She was last seen in the village on August 25th.
Police say Shinall was given a ride to the Rome area by a friend and was possibly with friends in the area.
But again, she has returned home safely and is back with her family.
