VOLNEY, OSWEGO CO. -- A Baldwinsville man is accused of raping a child.
Oswego County Sheriff's deputies say 54-year-old Charles Morrison engaged in sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 13. Deputies say it happened during September, October and November of 2005. They say it continued through the rest of the year and into 2006 and 2007.
In 2007, deputies say Morrison engaged in sexual intercourse with the same girl, who was then under the age of 15.
It all allegedly took place in the Town of Volney.
Morrison charged with rape, course of sexual conduct against a child and criminal sex act.
He was arraigned in the Town of Scriba Court and sent to the Oswego County Correctional Facility in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 bail bond.
