UTICA -- Utica police respond to a call for shots fired and find a dead deer in a cemetery.
Police responded to the scene around 11 p.m. on Oneida Street near Kensington Road.
They found a man in a vehicle nearby and two long guns in the trunk of the car. Across the street in Calvary Cemetery, they found a deer that was shot.
Police seized the guns and the investigation continues.
